Punishment of the crime

On November 11, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with 00:30% of alcohol during blood, driven a motor vehicle from around 0.120% near the shooting distance in the mouth of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si to the same wave from around 82km to the road front of the third wave market at approximately 3km of the same wave.
