A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment with labor at the Daejeon District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc., and the execution of the sentence was terminated on September 1, 2016. On February 12, 2019, the Daejeon District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment with labor for special intimidation, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 20, 2019.

1. On August 27, 2017, at around 13:00, the Defendant dumpeded a Si fee outside the residence of the victim C (n, 56 years of age) located in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, without any justifiable reason, and the victim dumpeded into two bits of the market price at the location outside the fence, and dumped well by using two bits of batteriess outside the fence.

2. At around 07:30 on August 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed batteries, which are dangerous objects in the victim E (Inn, 65 years of age)’s residence in Yannam-gu, Dong-gu; and (b) tried to keep the victim out of his/her own residence, and (c) prevented the victim from taking advantage of the victim’s control; and (d) threatened the victim as if he/she puts the victim into a large interest, thereby threatening the victim’s body by taking a bath, etc.

On August 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00 on August 28, 2017, the Defendant: (b) reported that the Victim G (the age of 81)’s residence located in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Yancheon-gu, Sinan-gu, would get spawn from the Paris bond with the Paris bond; and (c) the victim took a knife in the garden, knife the knife in the garden and read the “brue,” and took a bath, thereby threatening the victim’
