Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates an insurance intermediary in the name of "B" in Busan District.

On January 8, 2020, the Defendant: (a) made a contract with the Defendant’s employees through the Defendant’s operating company at a location below Busan, and (b) demanded the Defendant to replace the Defendant’s customer management in the call center to the effect that the Defendant’s customer management is insufficient; (c) the Defendant requested that the call center to replace the insurer with the insurer.

생각한 나머지 화가 나, 같은 날 15:24 경 피고인의 휴대전화를 이용하여 피해자가 사용하는 휴대전화 (E) 로 “ 야 개 씨 발 새끼야”, “ 어 따 데고 나를 상대로 겁 대가리 없이 까불고 지랄뱅이야”, “ 이 쓰레기 오물 같은 씨 발 새끼야”, “voc 취소 안하며는 너 거 집구석 상대로 1조원 상대로 대법원에 소송을 정식으로 낼 것이며 또한 너 거 집구석 자자손손 대한민국 법원에 범죄자로 빨간 줄 긋게 되어 영원히 이 사회에 범죄자로 남게 될 뿐 아니라 사형 선고를 받게 될 것이다.

이 사회에 있어서는 안되는 오물 같은 인간 쓰레기야 어 따 데고 나를 상대로 겁 대가리 없이 까불고 지랄뱅이야, 당장 취소해 라 권총 들고 대가리 총알탄 날려서 대가리 빵 구 내기 전에 오물 같은 인간 쓰레기야.” 라는 문자 메시지를 전송한 것을 비롯하여 그때부터 2020. 1. 18. 12:40 경까지 사이에 위와 같은 장소에서 같은 방법으로 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 총 16회에 걸쳐 피해자에게 문자 메시지를 전송함으로써 정보통신망을 통하여 공포심이나 불안감을 유발하는 문언을 반복적으로 피해자에게 도달하게 하였다.
