Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 11, 2017, at around 22:20, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a car of approximately 500 meters in front of the 382 extreme loan road in front of the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on the road near the common road in the Yong-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon.
