1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 243,879,885 won and 182,934,974 won among them from October 21, 2006 to the day of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Our Bank, a stock company, entered into a loan transaction agreement with the Defendant as listed below and loaned the agreed amount on the agreed date.

B. On March 31, 2004, the Korean Bank transferred all of the above claims against the Defendant to a limited company specializing in the Esp-ISB securitization, and notified it. On May 30, 2006, the Korean SPP Co., Ltd. transferred all of the above claims to the social company of the same kind, and notified the Defendant thereof.

C. On December 15, 2006, the Seoul Central District Court 2006Gahap86370 rendered a judgment to the effect that "the defendant shall pay the amount calculated by the rate of 20% per annum from October 21, 2006 to the day of full payment with respect to KRW 243,879,885 won and KRW 182,934,974 among them" (hereinafter "the judgment of the previous suit of this case") by filing a lawsuit against the defendant demanding the performance of the above claim, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on January 10, 2007.

On November 8, 2010, 2010, the Korea Social Co., Ltd. transferred the above judgment amount to Tynas Loan Co., Ltd. and notified it to the defendant.

After that, on July 13, 2012, the above judgment amount claims were transferred from Tyna Loan Co., Ltd. to Lyna Loan Asset Management, Pyna Loan Co., Ltd., and Oyna Loan Asset Management, and the above transfer was notified to the Defendant.

E. On July 29, 2013, the management of OTC Loan Asset Co., Ltd. transferred the above judgment amount claim to Smaman Savings Bank.
