1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The punishment (five years of imprisonment, etc.) imposed by the lower court by the Defendant and the person requesting the probation order (hereinafter “Defendant”) is unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. The crime of indecent act by compulsion on the part of the defendant's case is that the defendant committed indecent act by compulsion of eight victims aged 8 and 9, in light of the content and method of the crime, frequency of the crime, etc., the quality of the crime is not good.
