Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B under the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as “accident”).

On September 26, 2013, at around 16:54, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle, driven the said motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.230%, and operated the said motor vehicle with a one-lane way in front of Pyeongtaek-si, Seo-dong, Seo-si, Seo-si, Seo-si, by the emulci speed from the emuli air basin to the emulibic air.

In this case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering and steering gear of those engaged in driving service.

On September 26, 2013, the Defendant driven a B-Ba car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.230% of the blood alcohol concentration from the front side of the Seo-si, Seo-dong, Seo-dong, the 7nd apartment road to Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-dong, without obtaining a driver’s license, at around 16:54 on September 26, 2013.
