1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant B shall be dismissed.

2. Defendant A’s agricultural partnership shall be the Plaintiff:

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 25, 2005, the Plaintiff lent KRW 49.3% per annum to Defendant A Agricultural Partnership (hereinafter “Defendant A”) at the rate of 4.3% per annum and 21% per annum at the time of default, and Defendant B (former name: C) jointly and severally guaranteed.

As of June 27, 2008, overdue interest is KRW 11,922,603.

B. On October 11, 2005, the Plaintiff leased KRW 8,655,00 (which shall be reduced to KRW 8,600,000) to Defendant A at 3% per annum, 21% per annum per annum, 21% per annum at the time of delinquency, and 30 September 30, 2015 on the expiration date of the loan period, and Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the loan.

(former Guarantee Limit 11,180,000). As of June 27, 2008, the principal amount is 8,600,000 won for the above loans, and overdue interest is 2,768,358 won.

C. On April 14, 2006, the Plaintiff lent KRW 19,970,00 to Defendant A with interest rate of KRW 9.95% per annum, 21% per annum at the time of default, and 14 October 2006.

As of June 27, 2008, overdue interest is KRW 6,245,100.

On March 16, 2005, the Plaintiff lent the amount of KRW 14,700,000 (which shall be reduced to KRW 10,700,000) to Defendant A as interest rate of KRW 9.95% per annum, KRW 21% per annum at the time of delinquency, KRW 21% per annum at the time of delinquency, and KRW 14,70,000 per March 14, 2006 (after this, the last extension to September 14, 2006).

As of June 27, 2008, overdue interest is KRW 3,381,338.

E. On September 24, 2004, the Plaintiff agreed to lend KRW 104,00,000 to Defendant A at the interest rate of 4.5% per annum, 21% per annum at the time of delinquency, 21% per annum at the time of delinquency, and 5 September 2005 at the expiration date of the loan period (this later is extended to September 5, 2006).

As of June 27, 2008, the principal amount is 4,038,863 won for the above loan, and overdue interest is 35,421,660 won.

F. On September 27, 2004, the Plaintiff made a loan to Defendant A with interest of KRW 58,000,000 (which shall be reduced to KRW 55,500,000) 3.7% per annum, 21% per annum at the time of default, 21% per annum at the time of default, and 5 September 25, 2005 at the expiration date of the loan period (this last extension to September 25, 2006).
