Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is also a person holding a passenger car volume.

1. On November 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the said vehicle at a section of about 1 km from the upper end of the area above the entrance of the Suwon-si Seoul Metropolitan Area to the front end of the 17th street street in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul Metropolitan City, without obtaining a driver’s license around 15:20 on November 15, 201.

2. The Defendant is the owner of the foregoing vehicle to guarantee the compensation of motor vehicle damages.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road at the same time and place as Paragraph 1, which was not covered by mandatory insurance.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
