Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who drives a passenger car under her husband B with C Launa.

On October 25, 2010, the Defendant did not obtain a driver's license on October 19, 2010, and used the said vehicle to stop the front way of the Namyang apartment located in Geum-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, in accordance with the electric stop signal while driving along the two lanes from D apartment to the wind-surging distance.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes, and other devices of the motor vehicle, shall not drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger or injury on others or vehicles according to the road traffic conditions and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and has a duty of care to report the traffic situation on the front side and prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle

The Defendant suffered, by negligence, approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim under the same occupational negligence, salted and tensions of the bones of wood, and satise and tensions of the bones.

2. On October 25, 2010, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at around 19:00, and without obtaining a driving license, the Defendant driven Crocketing car at approximately 500 meters from the front side of the D Apartment 110-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the south apartment road in the same location.
