1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) The attached appraisal map installed on the land above 701m2 in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City.

A. The Plaintiff’s sale of the same year at will on March 17, 2014 with respect to the land for gas station B in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City.

B. The Defendant, among the land 701 square meters in the above B, installs a stone shed in the attached Form No. 6, 7, 8, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, and 6, connected each point in sequence to the above 701 square meters in the ship, and occupies it.

C. From March 24, 2014 to January 17, 2017, the time when the Plaintiff acquired ownership of the instant site, the rent of the instant site is KRW 1,507,640, and the next day is KRW 51,510,00 per month.

According to the above facts of recognition, insofar as the Defendant did not assert or prove the right to possess the instant site, he/she is obligated to remove tins established in the instant site to the Plaintiff, deliver the said site, and at the same time, pay the Plaintiff the amount of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent of KRW 1,507,640 from March 24, 2014 to January 17, 2017, equivalent to the rent of KRW 1,507,640, and the following day from the date of completion of delivery of the instant site by the date of completion of delivery of the instant site.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
