1. The Defendant’s KRW 500,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual interest from February 20, 2019 to August 15, 2019, and the following.

The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit is amended, and 12% per annum is applied to damages for delay from June 1, 2019. Thus, the part in excess of the above damages for delay in the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant is rejected.
