In light of the above facts, the plaintiff suffered damages as alleged by the plaintiff due to the fire accident in this case only by the descriptions or images of Gap 1 through 5.

It is not sufficient to recognize that the amount equivalent to KRW 38 million has been spent at the cost of remuneration, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.

Therefore, the plaintiff's above assertion is not accepted.
