1. Basic facts

A. 1. Eul (C and D; hereinafter the same shall apply) is entitled to terminate this contract if it is not run from the date of commencement of the business agreed in advance with the Gap (the defendant; hereinafter the same shall apply) or it is not paid by the agreed date of intermediate payment or balance among the security deposit, within a fixed period of 14 days, after giving the peremptory notice of performance within that period, and if it is not performed within that period, after giving the peremptory notice of performance for a fixed period of 14 days;
