The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

1. The Defendant is a person who operates a company specializing in delivering urban communities under the trade name of 'D cafeteria' in Ysan-gu, Jeonju-si.

A person who intends to engage in food manufacturing and processing business shall register with the Minister of Food and Drug Safety or the head of Si/Gun/Gu.

From around 2009 to February 5, 2016, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authority, was engaged in manufacturing and manufacturing manufacturing and processing products with facilities, such as sloddds, teas, and gas bags, manufactured urban communities, and delivered approximately 100 monthly average monthly products, such as bottles, clinics, and beauty rooms within the jurisdiction of the Jeonju City.

2. Any person who intends to conduct the following businesses shall have facilities meeting the facility standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister:

1. Manufacturing, processing, transporting, selling and preserving foods or food additives;

2. Manufacturing apparatus, containers or packages;

(2) The detailed types and scope of business under each subparagraph of paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.

(4) A person who intends to engage in any business prescribed by Presidential Decree among the business referred to in the subparagraphs of Article 36 (1) shall report to the Minister of Food and Drug Safety or the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu by type of
