Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 21, 201, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with C and Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the lease of 1 heading 47.83 square meters, 8 heading 20.30 square meters, 14 heading 19.31 square meters of a private document. Around May 20, 201, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with E and the above underground store 4.34.84 square meters, 18 heading 10.15 square meters, 19 heading 24.79 square meters, and agreed not to transfer the private document to a third party without the written consent of C, etc.
A.
