A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court on October 15, 2014, and the judgment was finalized on November 15, 2014. On June 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution and one million won of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the same court on September 10, 2015 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 10,

The Defendant, “2015 Highest 612,” was engaged in activities as the two titles of the “Umm” violent organization in which the head of the Busan Highest G, Busan Highest G, and from around 2005, the said “G” company was established for the redevelopment project, as the representative director of H (ju).

The Defendant participated in the redevelopment project, including purchase of a lot of land for the above “G,” while operating the redevelopment service business chain (ju) H in around 2005.
