Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. The reasons why the court should explain this part of the judgment of the court of first instance are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment except for the remaining parts as follows. Thus, this part shall be quoted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

On the 2nd page of the judgment of the first instance court, the "Plaintiff" in the 14th sentence shall be added to "Defendant".

On the 2nd page of the judgment of the first instance court, the "Plaintiff" in the 15th page of the judgment of the second instance shall be added to "Defendant".

The 20th written judgment of the first instance court shall be written in the name of "the plaintiff" as "the defendant".

2. As such, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
