Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a resident residing in the vicinity of the Co., Ltd. D and 46 years of age in Jeju-si, and is a person who has a lot of dissatisfactions in the two kinds of money due to the malodor of livestock and excreta in the Pyeongtaek-si.

The defendant recently heard that the victim's talked about the repair of the amount of money and the reconstruction of the amount of money was expected to continue to operate the amount of money in the future without moving the amount of money to another place, and there was a plan to interfere with the reconstruction of the amount of money.

On February 8, 2020, from around 09:20 to December 35, 2020, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s access to the instant bus on cement packing road, at least 50 meters prior to the entrance of the head of the Jeju-si Seoul Special Metropolitan City Dispute Settlement Bank Co., Ltd., by intentionally stopping and refusing to move the instant bus to the relevant branch.

The Defendant interfered with the business affairs of the Plaintiff-affiliated fund management company for more than three hours by force as above.
