A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

Each of the facts charged in the instant case is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who was in a de facto marital relationship while living together with the victim C from September 201 to June 16, 2012.

The Defendant, due to the habitual assault by the Defendant, listened to the horses from the said victim and hedging with the victim, had the victim hynasty.

(30 years old) drive, followed by the lower part of the said car, and due to the shock, caused the said rocketing and other automobiles to the lower part of the victim H(S, 42 years old) driving during the said stop.
