All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. According to Article 383 subparag. 4 of the Criminal Procedure Act as to the grounds of appeal by Defendant A and D, an appeal on the grounds of unfair sentencing is allowed only in cases where death penalty, life imprisonment, or imprisonment with or without prison labor for not less than ten years has been imposed. Thus, the argument that the determination of punishment is unreasonable is not legitimate grounds of appeal.

2. Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the records, it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which found Defendant C not guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and to find the Defendant not guilty. Contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of
