A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bchip car.
On June 6, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at around 21:39, and proceeded at about 50km in speed, depending on the two-lanes from the place shopping to the place from which the day announcement was made.
