A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On February 20, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to a maximum of 8 months and 6 months of imprisonment for attempted larceny in Seoul Southern District Court; on February 8, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to a maximum of 8 months and 6 months of imprisonment for attempted larceny at the Seoul Central District Court; on November 28, 2002, Incheon District Court sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for attempted larceny; on June 2, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment for the crime of aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Southern District Court; on January 17, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to 1 year and 8 months of imprisonment for the crime of aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (Larceny); on March 6, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to an aggravated punishment of 3 years and sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment for the crime of aggravated larceny at the Seoul Central District Court by the Punishment of Specific Crimes Act (hereinafter referred to as the Punishment of Specific Crimes Act) at the Incheon District Court.
[Criminal facts]
1. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened the victim C’s house located in Ansan-si around 12:13 on April 20, 2018; and (b) opened a small network of 42,040 won in the inner and inner cover; (c) opened one box with a face value of 42,040 won in the inner and inner cover; and (d) one box with a face value of 18K mp equivalent to 250,000 won in the market value kept in the inner and inner cover; and (e) one box with a face value of 18K mp equivalent to 150,000 won in the market value; and (e) one half of 18K mpher in the market value of 150,000 won in total.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.
2. On April 26, 2018, the Defendant of the Act on the Intrusion upon Residence of Victims E and the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) 14:26 on Apr. 26, 2018, came into the house of Victim E, and opened in the house of the victim E in Ansan-si, and opened in the house of the victim E, and approximately KRW 150,000 in cash going into the house of the small bank, and KRW 150,000 in the house of the small bank, and KRW 30,00 in the market price of KRW 30,00 in the middle of the small bank.
