Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, which cited the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, is the same as the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the judgment is dismissed or added
(The main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act). 1-C, and 4-C, are as follows:
“. The Defendant: (a) requested a licensed real estate agent H to mediate the sale and purchase of the instant parcelling-out right; (b) the J, an employee of H, assisted by the Defendant’s son; (c) provided liaison with the Defendant’s son; and (d) provided assistance to the mediation. The Plaintiff, upon the introduction of a licensed real estate agent G, transferred KRW 10 million to the Defendant’s account to purchase the instant parcelling-out right; (c) on January 22, 2018, the J sent KRW 10 million to the Defendant’s account to purchase the instant parcelling-out right; and (d) on January 22, 2018, the J sent the Defendant’s intent to “not to conclude a sales contract on the instant parcelling-out right with the Plaintiff”; (c) notified the Plaintiff’s account number to the Defendant through J; and (d) notified the Defendant of the Plaintiff’s additional account number on January 26, 2018 to the Plaintiff’s account returned to the court.”

Following the following facts: “(4) the Plaintiff was asked to transfer to the Defendant the sum of KRW 20 million in total, each of the 16 January 16, 2018 and the 222th of the same month, each of which was agreed between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, and the amount that the Plaintiff agreed to exchange between the Plaintiff was only KRW 10 million on January 16, 2018. A licensed real estate agent or its intermediary agent at the time of the sale contract for the instant right, and the Plaintiff did not explain to the Defendant some of the down payment for the sales contract for the instant right, or the Defendant did not explain to the Plaintiff that the Plaintiff was liable to conclude the sales contract for the instant right between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff (such as the initial contract deposit, etc.).
