Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who operates a marina business in the name of “F” on the third floor of the sixth floor of the 6th floor in Busan Dong-gu, Busan.
The above business place is located in G in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone, located in 176 meters in a straight line.
No one shall operate a business facility in a school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone in which physical contacts between unspecified persons, exposure to confidential parts, etc., or other sexual conduct is likely to be conducted, or any similar activity is likely to be conducted.
Nevertheless, from Jun. 2014 to Oct. 16:00, the Defendant installed and operated a business facility that provides services that are likely to cause physical contacts, such as exposure to confidential parts, or other similar acts among unspecified persons, by employing 2 employees after installing facilities, such as bed, in six marina rooms, two water surface rooms, and one shower room, etc., which are partitioned by partitions, etc. at the above business establishment from Jun. 13, 2014 to Oct. 13, 2014.
