Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has the domicile in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 501 and is engaged in daily work related to home transfer.

No person shall import goods for the purpose of distribution in the Republic of Korea, if they were created in the Republic of Korea at the time of importation, that would be infringed on the rights protected under the Copyright Act.

On April 30, 2017, the defendant imported as D letter, which entered Busan port, the amount of USD 8,000 of the cost of the goods imported as D, which is equivalent to USD 8,00,00 in China, was infringed upon the copyright holder's copyright by importing from the copyright holder the Montreal type 8,00 (51GT) type 170,00 won of the fixed price of the goods for the purpose of selling them in Korea without the consent of the right to produce and distribute the character spacker type in Korea, which is an animation recorded in the Republic of Korea, without the consent of the copyright holder.
