Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2020, the Defendant driven a B dump truck on March 21, 2020, and proceeded two lanes from the D dump truck in Jinju City to the intersection of the C dump in front of the D parking lot in Jinju City according to one lane from the rental intersection to the E Hospital.

At the time, there was a multi-purpose transportation vehicle operated by the victim F (80 years of age) and there was a duty of care to refrain from overtaking because it is an area where overtaking is prohibited.

In this forum, the Defendant neglected this, while proceeding along the opposite lane to the left by the victim's multi-purpose transportation vehicle beyond the median line for overtaking, and entered the intersection by the negligence of entering the intersection, the front part of the multi-purpose transportation vehicle of the victim who made a left turn to the left at the above three-distance intersection was received as the Defendant's dump truck.

The Defendant suffered from an injury to the victim by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, such as an open wife, which requires approximately three weeks of treatment.
