Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of one million won or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court, and on February 5, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of one million won or more as a fine in the same court.

Although Defendant was punished twice due to drinking, on September 10, 2015, Defendant 1 driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.113% in the section of about 3 km from the front of the king cafeteria in the Gumpo-dong, Gumpo-si, Simpo-si to the front of the Gumpo-si, Simpo-si, Simpo-si.
