1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 230,653,50 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 2, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff is a company that engages in the indoor and outdoor design and construction business with the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D building and the fourth floor as its principal office.
Defendant B’s Housing Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) is a regional housing association established pursuant to the Housing Act in order to promote the apartment construction project (hereinafter “instant apartment building”) in Gyeonggi-si E (hereinafter “instant apartment building”) and the Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is a company that engages in real estate sale, sales agency, sales agency, etc. with the si F and 2 floors located at the seat of the principal office.
Defendant C, as an agent of the Defendant Union, provides consultation on the progress of the project for the construction of the apartment in this case.

2. The Plaintiff asserted that, based on the data received from G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”), the contractor of the instant apartment, the Plaintiff completed the remodeling project of the instant apartment promotion center (from June 14, 2018 to August 24, 2018) and separately completed the construction project of the instant apartment promotion center.
(2) On December 10, 2018, each of the instant remodeling projects was completed, the Plaintiff and the Defendants concluded a contract for the renovation and repair works of the public relations center (the cost of construction is KRW 231,00,000, including value-added tax) and the “private construction contract” (the cost of construction is KRW 42,790,000,00, including value-added tax) with respect to each of the instant construction projects on December 10, 2018.
(Each payment shall be made on April 30, 2019). Therefore, the Defendants shall jointly and severally pay the Plaintiff the respective construction cost of the instant case and the damages for delay (6,863,500 won) from May 1, 2019 to July 1, 2019.
