Punishment of the crime

On 00:36 on 00:05, the Defendant driven CSS5 car, and proceeded at a speed of about 40km/h, using one lane on the side of the Macheon-distance without a driver's license, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.069% of the blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven the road front of the Macheon-dong 363-12 Down-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
