Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a person who was unable to engage in commercial sex acts from a foreign woman in the name of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “B”); (b) and (c) received a proposal from a foreign woman to arrange commercial sex acts and divide profits therefrom; and (d) notified the foreign woman and sexual intercourse to a person who had contacted with the report on commercial sex acts using “C” from August 24, 2015, by using smartphone-type display c; (c) the Defendant sent the foreign woman who will engage in commercial sex acts to a specific place in accordance with the direction of the above person who was not the name of the victim; and (d) conspired to receive KRW 30,000,000 out of the commercial sex acts.

On September 16, 2015, around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 905,50,000 from a male customer who contacted with the above name in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu; and (b) received KRW 2.50,000 from a male customer who visited him/her; and (c) took the said F in order to have sexual intercourse with the sexual traffic female F once, etc., and (d) had her sexual intercourse with the above mother, etc., from August 24, 2015 to September 21, 2015, the Defendant arranged 50 sexual traffic by arranging about KRW 12,50,00,000 from September 20, 2015; and (d) engaged in the business of acquiring KRW 530,00,000 among them.

As a result, the Defendant conspiredd with the above name in order to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
