Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On November 9, 2010, the Plaintiffs entered into a sales contract with the Defendant for the purchase of KRW 252,00,000,00 in total purchase price of KRW 1,489,00 (hereinafter “instant forest”) as indicated in the separate sheet, and KRW 14898,000,000,000,000 in F forest and 1,4898,000,000 in the separate sheet (i.e., 148,000 square meters in F forest and 148,000 square meters in the separate sheet, and (ii) concluded a sales contract for the purchase of KRW 252,00,00,00 in total, and (iii) purchased KRW 1,4898,00 in F forest and 148,000 in the separate sheet, if any, with the knowledge that there is no cemetery in the site, the seller shall cooperate with the seller, and actively cooperate with the seller.
B. On March 31, 2011, with respect to the forest land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, Plaintiff A, and Plaintiff C and B, with respect to the forest land listed in the separate sheet No. 1, the ownership transfer registration was completed in the future of Plaintiff C
C. Meanwhile, among the forests and fields indicated in the attached list 1, the annexed sheet Nos. 13,14 are two graves (number 13,14), two graves (number 11,12) among the forests and fields indicated in the annexed sheet No. 2, the annexed sheet No. 1, the annexed sheet No. 1, the annexed sheet No. 2, the two graves (number 17,18), the two rocks (number 17, 18), the first half stone (number 22), the top stone No. 24), the five graves (number 6 through 10), the area 315 square meters of the above map No. 3, the area 4, the annexed map No. 68 square meters of the land indicated in the annexed list No. 1, and the two graves (number 2,3,5) are installed in the area 57 square meters of the above map No. 1, the two grave (number 1,23,216) and one five (1,216) square meter.
