1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle with Cfachi.

On May 30, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car at around 12:40, and got to turn to the left at a speed of about 20 km from the direction of “the apartment of the Republic of Korea in the southyang-si,” a two-lane of the front of the 5-lane of the 46-ro of the Namyang-si, the Namyang-si, at the parallel of the 5-lane of the 5-lane of the Hongyang-si, to “the apartment of the Republic of Korea in the southyang-si,” while proceeding along one-lane of the two-lane.

Since there is an indication of a stop line and the traffic control is not carried out, there was a duty of care to safely check whether there is a vehicle driving on the opposite lane prior to the left-hand turn before the left-hand turn, and to safely turn to the left-hand turn and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not neglect it and did not stop to turn to the left, and did not avoid the ECA110B Ora in driving the victim D (47 tax) which was proceeding one lane in the opposite opposite lane, and did not get out of it, the Defendant received the front part of the above Orab in the right side of the Defendant’s driver’s car, and made the victim go beyond the floor.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim’s death by occupational negligence as seen above, such as pressure on brain pressure and training paralysis at the Hanyang University Hospital located in Chuncheon 153, around 05:0 on June 3, 2018.
