Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2013, 201, B apartment units 201 Dong 1202 at the time of the following:

1. In smuggling, C victim E was requested to construct the distribution and electricity facilities in the above B apartment.

Even if the construction is completed, the Defendant, without the intention or ability to pay the construction cost of KRW 1.9 million for the ship and electrical facilities, has the victim and the Defendant acquired the price by deceiving the victim and doing construction.

2. The Defendant: (a) requested the victim F to construct an indoor painting in the apartment building that is the same head in the above manner; (b) the victim F to do so.

Even if the construction is completed, the Defendant, without the intention or ability to pay 500,000 won of the price of the paint construction work, has the victim engage in a paint construction and acquired the price.

3. The Defendant requested the victim G with the apartment in the above apartment in the same way as the above method.

Even if the construction work is completed, the Defendant, without the intention or ability to pay one million won for the construction cost of the 1,000,000 Won, acquired the price by allowing the victim to do the construction work.

Accordingly, the victims obtained 3.4 million won by fraud.
