Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant of the 2016 Highest 1043 on August 18, 2016, the Defendant:30,000 won in cash contained in a wall owned by the victim E in a smoking room in the Domini City located in Yasi-si, Yasan-si on August 18, 2016, using any cresh in which the victim E finds out the wallets and then finds out any cre in which he/she owns the victim.
They go back.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
"2016 Highest 1281"
1. On June 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of a vehicle owned by the victim H and stolen a cash of KRW 10,00,00, which is owned by the victim in a vehicle in the vehicle, and was parked on the road of “G” located in F in the Hasan-si, Hasan-si, Seoul; and (b) opened a driver’s seat of the vehicle owned by the victim in the vehicle.
In addition, from around that time to July 5, 2016, the Defendant stolen goods worth approximately KRW 1,254,000 in total by the same method over 11 times, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
2. Violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in credit and fraud;
A. On July 1, 2016, at around 00:37, the Defendant: (a) purchased an article amounting to KRW 63,300, a sum of KRW 63,300, from the victim J’s “K” in the victim J operation of the Hasan-si, the Defendant: (b) then, (c) purchased an article amounting to KRW 63,300, a sum of KRW 630,00,000 from the horse to the end, and (d) purchased an article amounting to KRW 63,30,00,000 from the Defendant’s name, and (e) presented a stolen Samsung Credit Card in the name of the Defendant, and (e) had the Defendant prepare a sales slip amounting to KRW 63,00,00,000, and (e) believed that the said Credit Card is genuine, acquired economic benefits equivalent to the amount of money paid from an employee in the name of the Defendant.
B. On the same day as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as in the preceding paragraph at around 00:38, 53,800 won in the sum of 1 sheet, math, mathr, and 3 mathr.
