A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a victim B (n, 38 years of age) and a person who was in an internal relationship from around the middle of October 2014.

1. Intimidation;
