Punishment of the crime

[2] On April 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with labor due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daegu District Court, and filed a request for reexamination thereof on August 28, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 18, 2015 after having been sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with labor due to habitual larceny, etc. at the same court. 1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On May 13, 2017, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of HG car owned by the victim C and stolen it with 250,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the said car and one head of the Nonghyup Bank.

B. On May 13, 2017, the Defendant stolen the cash owned by the Victim Nonghyup Bank by inserting the head of the said Nonghyup Bank, which was located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, and by inserting the passwords stated on the back of the said head of the said head of the Tong and withdrawing the passwords in cash.
