The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (limited to four years of imprisonment and fine of 300,000 won) of the lower court is too unreasonable;

(2) The Defendant was issued juvenile protective disposition several times on the ground that the Defendant committed the crime of rape, violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (a collective injury, deadly weapons, etc.), special larceny, violation of the Road Traffic Act (a licenseless driving), violation of the Road Traffic Act (abstinence), intrusion on residence, injury, threat, attack, assault, assault, and assault, from June 201 to January 2013.

On March 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment or 2 years of suspended execution due to special larceny and violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on March 27, 2013. On November 1, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to special larceny, violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving), assault, assault, bodily injury, violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion), violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. (joint residence intrusion), and sentenced to the punishment of obstruction of performance of official duties.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of another person’s money and valuables since three months have not passed since the Defendant was released from prison; (b) purchased stolen credit cards and unlawfully used them; and (c) escaped without a driver’s license without causing an accident; and (d) did not take relief measures despite having stoved it; and (c) repeatedly s to commit the same kind of crime, such as threatening the motive of middle school students, taking cellular phones, etc.; (d) borrowed money to the victim who s to live in the same place at night; and (e) took money and valuables by assaulting the victim or threatening him into his residence; and (e) took money and valuables by assaulting the victim or threatening him with dangerous things; and (e) the Defendant, similar to the victim, did not report his own consciousness from the point of view of raising his consciousness; and (e) infringed upon the said residence and forcibly took money and valuables from the victim.

The crimes of defendants are very poor in light of their methods and frequency, etc.
