A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:10 on June 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) asked the Defendant to the police officer D, etc. belonging to the Jeju Police Station C District of the Jeju Police Station, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report from 112, to ask the Defendant about the circumstances of the instant case; (b) asked the Defendant to “B, etc. of the second floor listed on the floor” to “Sicker D, etc. of the opening, who confirmed that the opening was sealed,” and (c) wanted to check the animal abuse site on the second floor of the said building; (d) the police officer D intending to take care of the lower part on the rooftop pent; (e) was able to take care of the second floor of the said building, and (e) was able to take care of the lower part on the rooftop pent; and (e) the police officer obstructed the legitimate performance of duties of the police officer in relation to the prevention and suppression of D's face and satising of the chest.
