1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months and by a fine of ten thousand won.

1. 2. Intrusion on a structure, theft;

A. B. From 10:00 to 11:00 on the beginning of December 2017, the Defendant committed the crime in Q Q church: (a) came to Q church in which the victim RR is the manager of the church; (b) opened a door with the victim’s idea of larcenying money; and (c) intrudes into the second floor office of the Defendant.
