Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 High Court Decision 2251] The defendant is the representative of D in Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-si C and is an employer who runs a manufacturing business using six full-time workers.

The Defendant worked in the foregoing workplace from October 15, 201 to November 6, 2011, and did not pay 800,000 won of the wage difference during the above service period of retired workers E on November 7, 201, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

[2014 high-level 40] The Defendant is an employer who runs a manufacturing business by making four regular workers at G in the 3rd floor in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si.

The Defendant was in charge of the business of assembling parts from May 3, 2013 to July 30, 2013 at the foregoing place of business, and did not pay KRW 935,360 of the H-on July 31, 2013, wages of KRW 935,360 on May 31, 2013, wages of KRW 705,520 on June 6, 2013, wages of KRW 159,120 on July 159, 2013, total amount of KRW 1,80,000 on the extension of the payment date between the parties concerned, within 14 days after retirement without an agreement between the parties concerned.

[2014 high-level 51] The Defendant is a personal manufacturing subcontractor who has his/her residence in the 12th floor of Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Busan and operates the manufacturing business of electrical machinery and vibration with four regular workers employed.

The Defendant, while working in Orcheon-si C from Apr. 25, 2012 to Jun. 15, 2012 of the same year, did not pay KRW 486,690 on May 2012 to retired workers J, within 14 days from the date of retirement, which is the date of the occurrence of the cause for payment, without any extension agreement between the parties on the date of payment.

[2014 high-level 54] The Defendant is an employer who runs a manufacturing business by making four regular workers at G located in the F3th floor of Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Busan.

The Defendant was in charge of Handphones assembly from January 20, 2013 to July 22, 2013 at the foregoing place of business, and was in charge of Handphones assembly on July 23, 2013, and was in charge of 320,000 won of wages on July 23, 2013, wages of 1,20,000 won on March 2013, 2013, wages of 1,20,000 won on April 20, 2013, wages of 1,20,000 won on May 20, 2013, wages of 1,200,000 won on June 1, 2013, and amount of wages of 200,000 won on July 23, 2013; and
