A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the investor of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. (the representative director D), and the (State) C's management deterioration making it difficult to recover the investment fees, which led to the failure to pay 38,250,000 won of the deposit deposited in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. to pay for losses.
