Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On June 12, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Changwon District Court Branch for the crime of injury, and completed the execution of the above punishment at the Changyang detention center on January 27, 2019.
[Criminal facts]
1. Injury;
A.
