Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the driver, owner, and owner of a private-use cargo vehicle C, the driver, and D are the driver, and owner of a private-use cargo vehicle E, and they are the friendship.

Accordingly, D asked the defendant to forge the E-vehicle number plate color owned by him on the white ground, and sent the vehicle number plate and cash of 300,000 won to the head of the party to be known by the defendant by putting them in a paper bag. The name influor upon request from the defendant was found the above vehicle number plate and cash, and then forged D's vehicle number plate so that D's vehicle number plate can be seen as a business vehicle, then sent a forged vehicle number plate on D's house, and D used the forged number plate on the bridge since April 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant conspiredd with D, name influenites in order with D, and the E number plate of the private bridge vehicle was set on the basis of yellow in white ground.
