Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2014, at around 00:35, the Defendant driven a B 5-car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.092% without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 3km in front of the square of the Gu, Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Busan, for about 00:35, in front of the square of the same Gu.
