When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From February 3, 2012 to March 20, 2015, the Defendant established a place of business in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. From February 2012 to March 20, the Defendant: (a) sold online shopping mall (htp:/www.co.k) with the trade name “C”; (b) on November 3, 2014, the Defendant illegally copied one of the Office products 2013 Home and Busstud products, which were manufactured in DVD products, and the window program, and (c) sold them to D 130,125 won, and (d) sold them to D 130,000 to 30,000,0000,0000,0000,0000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00,000.
