Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. An elector in violation of the Public Official Election Act by a false signature shall go to a polling station, present his/her resident registration certificate and other identification certificates under the witness of voting witnesses, obtain identification, affix his/her signature, seal or seal on the electoral registry, and then obtain a ballot paper;

Nevertheless, on June 13, 2018, the Defendant made a false signature by arbitrarily signing E in the column of the electoral paper receiver of E among the electoral registry while presenting E’s resident registration certificate at D polling stations located in G in Masung-gun, Nam Nam-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-gun.

2. He/she shall not misrepresent a false name in violation of the Public Official Election Act due to a deceitful vote, use an identification certificate by forging or altering it, vote or make another person cast a vote or try to cast a vote in a deceptive way;

Nevertheless, the Defendant presented E’s resident registration certificate at the date, time, place, as described in paragraph 1, as described in paragraph 1, and carried out as if he were E, and issued three copies of the first ballot paper (former provincial branch office, Jeonnamdo superintendent of education, and Masung head of Gun) from the voting clerk, and entered the balloting booth in the ballot box, and put it in the ballot box.

As a result, the defendant misrepresented the name of E and cast a vote in a deceptive way.
