1. All claims filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the counterclaim claims filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. It is a building listed in the list of 390 square meters in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and its ground buildings attached thereto.

The list 1 building on the list was located on the land of 390 square meters in Kuju-si, but it was divided on May 21, 2015 and divided into 390 square meters in Kuju-si, Kuju-si, C, 175 square meters in Kuju-si and JJ 215 square meters in Kuju-si, and was changed to be located on the land of 215 square meters in Kuju-si.

On the other hand, on the ground of 390 square meters in Won-si, it seems that there was another building other than the building at issue in this case. However, there is no dispute between the parties that the building was not owned by D and that the Defendant was not leased by D, and there is no need to separately determine the building in this case, which is excluded.

D is the land that completed the registration of ownership transfer in accordance with 47958 received on August 21, 2012.

The land of 66 square meters for E ditch in the city of Kuju is the land on which the Korea Rural Community Corporation completed the registration of preservation of ownership on December 18, 1991 by the Korea Rural Community Corporation as the receipt of 37560 on December 18, 1991.

B. In the prime City, there are provisional buildings E, F, and G, and the Defendant occupied and used the above provisional building and operates the “H school”.

Of the buildings above, the part on the land E in the above building is 15 square meters inboard (A) which connects each point of the attached Form No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 4.

C. On June 30, 2013, D: (a) the Defendant leased the leased deposit of KRW 20,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 400,000; and (b) the lease period from June 30, 2013 to June 30, 2018, respectively.

On June 30, 2013, the defendant is between I and the husband and wife of K coming below.

The C Ground Building was set as 25,00,000, and the sub-lease period from June 30, 2013 to 24 months, respectively.

E. K on July 19, 2013, the address of the road name C in Won-si, Won-si, the original city N in the original city.

The defendant transferred to the above address on March 25, 2014.
