1. The Defendants jointly do so with the Plaintiff KRW 10 million, KRW 9,000,000, and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendants 1) Defendant C is licensed real estate agents operating the “E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in Pyeongtaek-si D, and Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”).
(2) The Defendant Association concluded a mutual aid agreement with Defendant C to compensate for damages under the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act within the limit of the subscription amount (10 million won) in cases where Defendant C is liable to compensate for property damage caused by intention or negligence to the transaction party in the course of mediating real estate transactions by intention or negligence during the mutual aid period (from January 7, 2011 to January 6, 201).

1) The F enters into a lease agreement 1) F is a 4-story house in the two-story unit on the land of Pyeongtaek-si G, H, I, and J around 2005 (hereinafter “instant multi-family house”).
(2) On December 28, 2011, Plaintiff A newly built a lease deposit of KRW 50,000,000,000 for the lease deposit, from January 3, 201 to January 2, 2014 (hereinafter “instant first lease”). Plaintiff B as the broker of Defendant C on December 28, 201, as the broker of the instant multi-family house with F, KRW 45,00,000,000 for the lease deposit of KRW 50,000 for the instant multi-family house (hereinafter “instant two multi-family house”); and Plaintiff B leased the instant multi-family house with F during the period from January 6, 2012 to January 25, 2014 (hereinafter “the lease deposit”).
3 The instant multi-family house is a multi-family house consisting of four buildings on the second floor above the ground. At the time of the conclusion of each of the instant lease agreements, the establishment registration of the mortgage for the buildings and their sites was completed by the mortgagee of the right to collateral security, the agricultural cooperative, the maximum debt amount of 840,000,000 won, and the debtor F.
