A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of 4,00,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant conspired to receive gold bars from China to Korea, along with “E”, which is a woman living together with C, D, and name default.

C and “E” are in charge of the purchase and sale of gold bullion, and they were given specific work instructions, and D was in charge of the transportation of gold bullion, and the Defendant was in charge of the duty to deliver C and E instructions to D.

On May 8, 2014, the Defendant arranged for “E” and “E” at the Chinese Sweal port to communicate with each other, “E” and “E” as “E” and “E” to D, and the Defendant was just from the next side to D to the effect that “E” wears a gold sweal and gold wal and gold wal and enter Korea.

Accordingly, in collusion with C, D, and E, the Defendant attempted to import gold stuffed without reporting to the customs collector an amount equivalent to KRW 61,921,790 (the amount equivalent to KRW 40,806,460) and an amount equivalent to KRW 18,341,80 (the amount equivalent to KRW 12,087,246) of the market price of gold-packing (the amount equivalent to KRW 12,087,246) equivalent to KRW 80,263,590 (the sum of KRW 52,893,706).
